WeBrakes Guarantee
WeBrakes Warranty
At WeBrakes, we aim to make brake repair stress-free, transparent, and dependable. That’s why we proudly stand behind our work with a solid warranty you can trust.
Comprehensive Limited Warranty
For Repairs with Pads and Rotors:
- Coverage Period: 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first).
- If a part we’ve installed fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll replace or repair it—no hassle, no excuses.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
While we strive to provide the best service possible, there are some exclusions:
- Partial Repairs: Repairs without both pads and rotors on the same wheel are covered for 90 days or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first).
- Damage from External Factors: Accidents, misuse, modifications, or environmental conditions like salt, hail, or flooding.
- Lack of Maintenance: Issues arising from non-compliance with recommended reporting, monitoring, or maintenance procedures.
- Manufacturer Recalls: Parts under a manufacturer’s recall for related issues.
- Commercial or Extreme Use: Damage from towing, deliveries, public transport, off-roading, or racing.
- Wear and Tear: Normal aging of parts over time.
- Unauthorized Modifications: If parts installed by a WeBrakes technician are altered, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than a WeBrakes technician, the warranty becomes void. In these cases, customers will be responsible for the cost of new parts and labor.
- Unintended Damages: Our warranty does not extend to incidental or consequential damages, such as physical injuries, property damage, or additional costs related to rental vehicles, towing, or accommodations.
- Non-WeBrakes Parts: Warranty only applies to parts sourced and serviced by WeBrakes.
